Shipping & Delivery


At we like to keep things simple so we do not complicate things by showing you one price in your shopping basket and then adding a delivery charge. It is FREE on all orders no matter how big or how small, no minimum spend limits, IT IS FREE.

Bob the Blindman Limited works hard everyday ensuring your order will be processed quickly and smoothly as possible.  We have good relationships with our courier companies and can usually ensure all orders* are delivered with 7 days from date of order.

Delivery on most blind types takes approximately 5-7 working days, if you order exceeds the 7th working day then please call one of our customer service operators on 0800 7837001 quoting your order number. Various courier companies deliver our blinds. Delivery is Monday to Friday to the address you specify at the time of order.

You can specify an alternative delivery address if you wish and all goods must be signed for at point of delivery.  Our experienced couriers will leave a card if no one is in at point of delivery and you can contact them direct to arrange a suitable delivery or collection in person.

If you have any further queries i.e. you need to change the delivery address or are experiencing delivery problems with the couriers then please contact our customer services where they will be happy to help.

Delivery is to mainland UK addresses only.  Please note we cannot be held responsible for courier delays but will endeavour to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

*Delivery times are subject to stock availability and blind type, please see the table below for our estimated delivery times for each blind type.

  • Aluminium Venetians - 5 to 7 working days
  • Wooden Venetian Blinds - 5 to 7 working days

When you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us.
